Before doing the Condotel construction must be conducted feasibility studies such as the study of technical and financial feasibility, it is done to anticipate that there is no loss either during the development process or when building operations. Condotel is established on an area of 6843 m2 consisting of 5 types of units to be sold namely Deluxe type of 174 units, typeof Grand Deluxe number of 64 units, type Junior Suite of 34 units, type of Luxury Suite of 18 units. This study gives the results that total investment costs are worth Rp 30.314.887.575 the feasibility assessment of the project proposal is done in four ways the analysis technique is NPV generated positive NPV as desired, BCR obtained 1.072 greater than 1, IRR obtained 8,19% greater than the commercial interest rate 6.06%, 1 so it can be said that the Condotel development project is worth working.Keywords: Condotel, financial feasibility study, investing
