Strategic Planning of an Indonesian IT Company Using TOGAF ADM

Abstract

Along with the development of technology, many organizations have to work hard to survive in an increasingly competitive market. One of them is VST. VST is one of Information Technology Company in Indonesia which provide IT Solution for another company or institution. Currently VST has implemented Information System / Information Technology, but there are still some parts / divisions that have not implemented integrated IS / IT which makes company activities less optimal. This research focus is to make an information technology strategic planning that can be implemented at VST. It is hoped that this information technology architecture framework can be utilized to optimize their business performance through optimization of SI/IT usage. This research uses the The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method as a Enterprise Architecture. The results of this research are recommendations and explanations of architectural frameworks designed for VST.
