Theoretical keys in manuel de landa: Deleuzian ontology, assemblages, emergentism and non-linear history

Abstract

The following article aims to present some key routes in order to understand the theoretical proposal of Mexican philosopher Manuel De Landa. The point of departure is a brief exposition of the Deleuzian ontology, as well as the assemblage theory, emergentism and non-linear history. Finally, it reflects upon the contributions of this theoretical apparatus within the panorama of the contemporary discussion of ontology and as a consequence, the possible questions that arise from this.
