El Principio de Proporcionalidad en la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional Federal alemán: más allá de Alexy

Abstract

This paper aims to exhibit that the proportionality employed by the German Federal Constitutional Court does, from the judgements most commonly known, not receive the assumptions nor the modality proposed by Robert Alexy, supported by many of its followers in Chile, regarding the application of the mentioned standard of constitutional adjudication.
