Fanconi's anemia

Abstract

Fanconi's anemia (F.A) is a rare recessive disorder characterized by excess chromosomal breakage, pancytopenia and bone marrow hyperplasia with variable congenital anomalies. We are presenting a 4 yr male child who presented with repeated chest infections, anemia, absent radius and having chromosomal anomalies.
