Abstract
Under the background of industry-education fusion, the non-degree continuing education for vocational teachers needs to be an innovative model. This paper carries out an in-depth study on the integration of industry and education in the non-degree continuing education for VET teachers, aiming to solve the current problem of disconnection between the training of VET teachers and the industrial demand, and to provide strong talent support for the transformation and upgrading of regional industries. Three modes of industry-teaching integration are proposed, including school-enterprise collaborative non-degree continuing education mode, project-based non-degree continuing education mode and online-offline integrated non-degree continuing education mode. It also combines relevant computer technology MR technology with relevant magnetic resonance technology fusion, and verifies and other relevant experimental conclusions. The implementation paths and safeguards such as resource integration and brand building, teacher team building, quality evaluation and feedback mechanism are explored. It provides an effective solution for the non-degree continuing education of vocational education teachers, promotes the deep integration of industry and education, and is conducive to the modernization of vocational education and industrial transformation and upgrading.
