Abstract
The risk of non-communicable illnesses and mortality can both be greatly increased by physical inactivity, which has a detrimental influence on physical fitness. When Generation Z has leisure time, they frequently use technology to play games online or to research topics. However, because they are accustomed to technology and social media and are aware that a sedentary lifestyle has a negative impact on health, Generation Z tends to be more adaptable and flexible in the face of rapid changes and challenges. As a result, this generation has its own motivations for exercising, including for physical, mental, and social development. The risk of non-communicable illnesses and mortality can both be greatly increased by physical inactivity, which has a detrimental influence on physical fitness.
