Data was collected from 200 white-collar employees working in durable consumer goods industry in Türkiye. Results showed that workplace exclusion is positively related to intention to leave and negatively related to self-esteem. Self-esteem is negatively related to intention to leave. Practice of our findings and implications for the research are discussed in this study.
