Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the effect of self-efficacy on the performance of Halu Oleo University employees, examine and explain the effect of quality of work life (QWL) on the performance of Halu Oleo University employees, examine and explain the influence of Interpersonal Trust on the performance of Halu Oleo University employees, examine and explain the effect of self-efficacy on the service quality of Halu Oleo University employees. The total population in this study was all education staff within the Halu Oleo University. Overall, there is 413 educational staff at Halu Oleo University spread across work units within the Halu Oleo University. The sampling technique taken by the author is a sample that provides equal opportunities for all members of the population that are taken randomly from the population in a simple way. Determination of the number of samples used by the author in this study is based on the slovin method as a measuring tool to calculate the sample size as many as 80 respondents. The results of the study indicate that employee performance has a significant positive reciprocal effect on the quality of public services, the variable quality of public services is the dominant variable being an endogenous variable (influence) compared to the employee performance variable, self-efficacy has no significant positive effect on employee performance, Quality of work life has a significant positive effect on employee performance, interpersonal trust has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
