Abstract

Hamartomas that have an eccrine differentiation are rare, and include eccrine nevus, eccrine-centered nevus, eccrine angiomatous hamartoma, eccrine syringofibroadenoma and porokeratotic eccrine ostial and dermal duct nevus. A woman who presented from birth an eruption following Blaschko's line on the right limbs, with clear palmoplantar involvement is reported. The biopsy of one of the lesions showed findings typical of porokeratotic eccrine ostial and dermal duct nevus.
