EVALUASI PENGENDALIAN WAKTU DAN BIAYA DENGAN METODE EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT (EVM)

Abstract

Problems in the Tarikolot Sidamulih Pangandaran Road Improvement Project delay in completing work so that time and cost trends not in accordance with the plan. It is necessary to evaluate the time and cost control on the Tarikolot Road Improvement Project Sidamulih Pangandaran using the Earned Value Management method (EVM). The EVM method can integrate time and cost factors in control of construction projects. The purpose of this study is to determine the control of time and cost in Tarikolot Sidamulih Pangandaran Road Improvement Project with using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. Methods that used in this study is quantitative descriptive, research describe the condition of the project with the analysis of existing data. Data analysis using analytical and descriptive methods. Analytics is existing data processed in such a way as to produce a final result that can Concluded. While descriptive, namely by explaining the problems that already exists or appears. The results of the study show that the Earned Value Management (EVM) method can control the time and cost of the Tarikolot Road Improvement Project Sidamulih Pangandaran. This is shown from the average value of the time performance index (SPI) more than one, this shows that the time performance is quite good, so that work is in accordance with expectations because it is able to achieve the target work that has been planned. Greater cost performance index (CPI) value From one, this shows that the cost performance is very good, because the cost of (Actual Cost) is smaller when compared to the value (Earned Value) or there is no waste.
