El uso del derecho y jurisprudencia constitucional extranjera y de tribunales internacionales no vinculantes por el tribunal Constitucional Chileno en el período 2006-2011

Abstract

This article discusses the use of foreign law and the constitutional jurisprudence foreign and international non-binding legally to Chile in the jurisprudence of the Chilean Constitutional Court, during the period 2006-2011, in the perspective of constitutional dialogue and transnational communications between constitutional jurisdictions of various countries, as it also considers whether the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court uses the legal comparison as "fifth method of interpretation".
