Abstract

This paper investigates the satisfaction of students with the applica- tion of Mastery Learning (ML) in CS1. We applied the method to allow students master the concepts and progress at their own pace. We performed a survey and discovered that subjects are very satisfied with ML and they prefer to use it instead of a traditional method.
