ABSTRAKPemberian kompensasi sangat penting bagi pegawai, besar kecilnya kompensasi yang diberikanmerupakan tolak ukur terhadap prestasi yang dicapai oleh pegawai. Hubungan kerja yang positif sangatpenting bagi perusahaan karena dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan tujuan perusahaan dapattercapai sesuai visi dan misi. Untuk dapat memantau dan menjaga kualitas sumber daya manusianya,maka perlu adanya penilaian kinerja terhadap setiap pegawai. Ketidakstabilan kinerja pegawai PT. AdiRaya Construction dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah kurangnya pemberiankompensasi yang diterima. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh peranan kompensasi nonfinansial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yangberjumlah 591. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Pendekatan penelitian yangdigunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu metode yangdidasarkan pada data konkret. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu denganpengamatan/observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kompensasinon finansial berperan positif terhadap kinerja dan komitmen pegawai kepada perusahaan. Pejabat yangmemimpin harus melakukan tindakan pengawasan dan penilaian kinerja terhadap pegawai secara rutin.Untuk pegawai diharapkan mepersiapkan barang secara rutin agar tidak memperlambat pekerjaan.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi Non Finansial, Kinerja, PegawaiABSTRACTThe provision of compensation is very important for employees, the size of the compensationprovided is a measure of the achievements achieved by employees. Positive workingrelationships are very important for companies because they can improve employeeperformance and company goals can be achieved according to vision and mission. To be ableto monitor and maintain the quality of its human resources, it is necessary to assess theperformance of each employee. The instability of employee performance can be caused byseveral factors, one of which is the lack of compensation received. The purpose of the studywas to determine the effect of the role of non-financial compensation on employee performance.The population in this study where all employees are totaling 591. The sample in this studyamounted to 100 people. The research approach used in the study uses a quantitativedescriptive approach, which is a method based on concrete data. Data collection techniques inthis study were observation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that theapplication of non-financial compensation plays a positive role in employee performance andcommitment to the company. The leading official must carry out supervisory actions andperformance appraisals of employees on a regular basis.
