Abstract

Kebutuhan nutrisi pada kehamilan bertambah dua kali lipat sehingga asupan gizi juga bertambah. Kurangnya asupan gizi dapat menyebabkan wanita hamil mengalami anemia. Selain itu juga beresiko pada janin yaitu pertumbuhan terhambat, prematuritas, kemungkinan bayi lahir cacat bawaan, serta kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ikan Kembung (Rastrelliger) terhadap Berat Janin pada Tikus Putih Betina (Rattus Norvegicus) Anemia. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimental laboratorik yang menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan menggunakan pola post test only control group design. Hasil Uji Normalitas Data Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan nilai p-value yang semuanya lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi  α = 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan data telah terdistribusi normal. Hasil Uji One Way Anova menunjukkan Fhitung > Fkritis. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh ikan kembung (Rastrelliger) terhadap berat janin pada tikus putih betina (Rattus Norvegicus) anemia.---Nutritional needs in pregnancy are doubled so that nutritional intake also increases. Lack of nutritional intake can cause pregnant women to experience anemia. In addition, there are also risks to the fetus, namely stunted growth, prematurity, the possibility of the baby being born with congenital defects, and death. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of puffer fish (Rastrelliger) on fetal weight in anemic female white rats (Rattus norvegicus). The research method uses a laboratory experimental research type that uses a completely randomized design using a post test only control group design pattern. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk Data Normality Test show that all p-values are greater than the significance level of = 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the data has been normally distributed. The One Way Anova test results show Fcount > Fcritical. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of mackerel (Rastrelliger) on fetal weight in anemic female white rats (Rattus norvegicus).
