Abstract

The aim of this study is to research how different incentives affect the employees performance and job satisfaction. In the study , the effects of recognition, participation, feedback, monetary incentives, non-monetary tangible incentives and benefits on performance and job satisfaction are researched. It is posited that different incentives have different effects on performance and job satisfaction. Effects of incentives on performance and job satisfaction are researched through critical literature review and Questionnaire.
