Abstract

The high resolution flat panel displays were examined for their dynamic performance. Dynamic performance of these devices depends upon the conductivity of the transparent electrode. Experiments were conducted to improve the conductivity by attaching low resistivity metal to sidewalls of electrodes. The reactive ion etching process, resist lift off process and registration methods are also described.
