Abstract

Abstract. As stipulated in the Circular Letter of the Minister of SOEs Number: SE 7/MBU/07/2020 dated July 1, 2020 regarding the Core Valuess of Human Resources of State-Owned Enterprises, all SOEs including PT. X  Parent Unit for South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions are required to apply the main valuess of AKHLAK as Corporate Culture, the Ranger Team has the responsibility to socialize them. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Ranger Team's communication in socializing the core valuess of AKHLAK to employees. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive study approach. Data collection techniques obtained in the form of research questionnaires with 63 respondents and literature studies relevant to this research. The dimensions of communication effectiveness measured in this study are known as "7-Cs Communication" (Cutlip et.al) which consists of credibility (credibility), context (context), content (content), clarity (clarity), continuity and consistency ( continuity and consistency), channels and capability of the audience. The results showed that the seven dimensions had effective results, so it can be concluded that the majority of employees assessed that the socialization carried out by the Ranger Team was an effective socialization. Sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam Surat Edaran Menteri BUMN Nomor: SE 7/MBU/07/2020 tanggal 1 Juli 2020 tentang Nilai-Nilai Utama (Core Valuess) Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Usaha Milik Negara, maka semua BUMN termasuk PT. X  Unit Induk Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara dan Sulawesi Barat wajib menerapkan nilai-nilai utama AKHLAK menjadi Budaya Perusahaan, Tim Ranger memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mensosialisasikannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas komunikasi Tim Ranger dalam sosialisasi core values AKHLAK kepada karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang didapatkan berupa angket penelitian dengan 63 responden dan studi pustaka yang relevan untuk penelitian ini. Dimensi efektivitas komunikasi yang diukur dalam penelitian ini dikenal dengan istilah “7-Cs Communication” (Handaru, 2017) yang terdiri dari credibility (kredibilitas), contex (konteks), content (isi), clarity (kejelasan), continuity and consistency (kontinuitas dan konsistensi), channels (saluran) dan capability of the audience (kapabilitas khalayak). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketujuh dimensi tersebut memiliki hasil yang efektif, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas karyawan menilai sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh Tim Ranger merupakan sosialisasi yang efektif.
