Litterature has captured three different organisational types. The begining of the 21th has been turned upside down by a new technological cycle-in a Schumpeterian's point of view-triggering the emergence of a new type. How is it possible to catch this new moving reality? How should we qualify this new organisational type? This article proposes to construct an idealtype and describes the first results issued from the study of start-ups experience. © De Boeck Université.
