The educational institutions sector plays an important role in any country as it fosters the economic, social and knowledge level of country besides produces and spreads knowledge, culture and provides innovative students in the country. Hence, it is vital to have a high quality education in the country. In order to achieve the high quality education, organizational commitment is to be exhibited by all instructors in the universities and colleges as organizational commitment is considered as one of the most important factors in influencing organizational effectiveness. As such this study aimed to analyze the effect of organizational justice and its dimensions on organizational commitment at Arar Technical College in Saudi Arabia. Primary data were used and collected by distributing self-administered survey questionnaires to 75 instructors at the college. The questionnaire was developed to detect the organizational justice dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice, and informational justice) and the level of organizational commitment. Out of total 75 questionnaires distributed, 63 instructors responded, the response rate was 84%. Regression results indicated that there is statistically significant effect for organizational justice on organizational commitment at Arar Technical College in Saudi Arabia, which would benefit in ensuring quality education, inculcate values and help in all round development to transform the learners into employable and valuable human resource.
