PAPS (Program Akselerasi Pendidikan Surabaya): Inovasi Program Akselerator Pendidikan Menghadapi Era Society 5.0 di Kota Surabaya

Abstract

The lack of readiness to face the demographic bonus can also have negative impacts on Surabaya. This is a crucial aspect in improving the quality of the younger generation in Surabaya. The younger generation plays a strategic role as the fleet in the progress of the nation, as agents of change and social control. PAPS is present to contribute to the sustainability of the younger generation of the nation, especially in Surabaya City. PAPS: " Program Akselerasi Pendidikan Surabaya" is a program design for an accelerator program of coaching and funding in the education field aimed at high school students in Surabaya City. PAPS is an innovative program that supports the acceleration in facing the Society 5.0 Era in Surabaya, which has integration connections in various fields. Therefore, the "PAPS" program is expected to become a pioneer of success in overcoming education issues in Surabaya and inspiring other regions to apply and adapt to their respective local conditions so that all areas can contribute to the acceleration of Surabaya in 2045.
