Abstract

Karyawan panen merupakan salah satu faktor produksi yang dibutuhkan di dalam perusahaan perkebunan. Karyawan panen harus memberikan prestasi kerja yang baik dengan cara meningkatkan kinerjanya yang dilihat dari kualitas dan kuantitas hasil panen. Salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan panen yaitu dengan adanya sistem premi panen dan kepuasan kerja di dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan panen, menganalisis pengaruh premi panen dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan panen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PTPN V Kebun Tandun, Kecamatan Tapung Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria karyawan panen yang bekerja di kelompok tanaman kelapa sawit yang memiliki umur tanaman, topografi, dan teknik pemanen yang sama. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 karyawan panen harian tetap. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis skala likert dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kepuasan kerja karyawan panen sangat puas. Secara simultan premi panen dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan panen. Secara parsial hanya premi panen yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan panen. Harvest employees are one of the factors of production needed in plantation companies. Harvest employees must provide good work performance by improving their performance as seen from the quality and quantity of the harvest. One of the factors that can improve the performance of harvest employees is the existence of a harvest premium system and job satisfaction within the company. This study aims to determine the level of job satisfaction of harvest employees, analyze the effect of harvest premiums and job satisfaction on the performance of harvest employees. This research was conducted at PTPN V Kebun Tandun, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency using a purposive sampling method with the criteria of harvesting employees working in groups of oil palm plantations that have the same plant age, topography, and harvesting techniques. The sample in this study were 30 permanent daily harvest employees. The collected data were analyzed using the Likert scale analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the perceptions of job satisfaction of harvest employees were very satisfied. Simultaneously harvest premium and job satisfaction have a significant effect on harvest employee performance. Partially, only the harvest premium has a significant effect on harvest employee performance.
