Abstract

The authors regret that the legend to Fig. 1 lacks the reference to Sawada et al. 2017 (Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology. 2017;37:1722–1726). The legend should be the following: Fig. 1. Schematic representation of embryonic origins of smooth muscle cells in the thoracic aorta.
