Quality normal delivery care is normal delivery care services that are clean and safe at the stages of labor starting from stage 1, stage II, stage III and stage IV. In addition, quality delivery care is also seen from whether or not the service can meet the expectations of mothers giving birth. The maternal mortality rate and the number are used as indicators of the quality of health services. MMR in Indonesia in 2015 has indeed decreased, namely 359 (2012) to 305 (2015) per 100,000 live births and the number of maternal deaths in Indonesia in 2019 is 4,221 cases. This study aims to see the description of patient satisfaction with delivery room services at RSI Bukittinggi, so that the elements that are maintained and repaired by the Ibnu Sina Hospital Bukittinggi can be identified and can further improve the quality of its services. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were mothers giving birth at the Ibnu Sina Hospital Bukittinggi with an accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire was then processed using SPSS. The results showed that there was a relationship between tangible, reliability, responsiveness and maternal satisfaction (P value < 0.05), while assurance and empathy had no relationship with patient satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is the importance of hospitals improving and maintaining the quality of services in hospitals so that the number of patients will also increase. It is hoped that the hospital, especially health workers, will also improve safety and a sense of empathy for mothers who will carry out the delivery process.
