Imaginarios, comportamientos, identidades y poder político de los grupos lgbt en Bogotá

Abstract

The present essay seeks, starting from the daily of our social reality, to make a theoretical construction that facilitates to evidence the dynamics around the groups LGBT; especially in its fight, in its relationship with itself and with the other ones, and in it political power and it influences that could be the generators of public policies in pro of its rights and recoveries. This essay put on of plane four big axes which understand: logbook of the problem and of its current political and juridical context; rules of potential investigation lines; theoretical perspectives for the investigation; and Conclusions: as regards for contributions of a juridical sociology in context that looks for the judicialization of the human rights. Under this perspective it will be to locate in a particular and current context, the socio-cultural participation and politic that it has had the community LGBT, from this way to enlarge the possibility to build a collective knowledge.
