Abstract

Ochratoxin A is a mycotoxin of current interest from a public health point of view; consequently, a considerable effort has been and is being expended to document human and animal exposure to this mycotoxin and the consequences of such exposure. This paper reviews the current status of knowledge with respect to ochratoxin A. © 1992 IUPAC
