A Detailed Study on The Real Estate Sector Employees in İstanbul Via Questionnaire Survey

Abstract

This study aims to examine job satisfaction at the real estate sector according to various variables and the research depends onSurvey Questionnaire Model. The research group, randomly selected,126employees working in real estate sector in İstanbul.Firstly, some demographic questions were asked and then Minnesota Satisfaction is carried out to participants.The analysis was carried out through Descriptive and Inferential Statistics. The main purpose of this study was to illustrate the applicability of Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA) in detecting and representing underlying structures on the datasetsand also by using Principal Component Analysis we obtained significant factors about job satisfaction questions
