Abstract

The research problem is how the effectiveness of integrated implementation management of children disorder (IMCI) toward respiratory disease children recovery. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of integrated implementation management of children disorder toward respiratory disease children recovery in Tanjung Karang Public Health Center. This research is observational analytical and using operational crosssectional design, the sampling technique using accidental sampling with the total of samples around 30 respondents. This research conducted in Tanjung Karang Public Health Center started on 14 of March until 31 of March 2016. The instrument of data collection using questionnaire. Data analyzed using Chi Square. The results showed that 18 (60%) infants had IMCI appropriately, the infants who were recover as much as 20 (66.7%) and the statistical test showed there is effectiveness of integrated implementation management of children disorder toward respiratory disease children recovery with value I p - velue 0.004 (p <0.05) and value of OR = 16,000 (2399 - 106 731). Based on the results, there is the effectiveness of integrated implementation management of children disorder toward respiratory disease children recovery in Tanjung Karang Public Health Center. Suggestions that can deliverered is need further research about the effectiveness of integrated implementation management of children disorder IMCI program for another cases such as malaria, diarrhea, dengue fever, and measles.
