Análisis de la política ambiental colombiana en la década 2000-2010

Abstract

The objective of this article is to vindicate the importance of using analytical frameworks for studying public policy and identifying if the analysis performed on the Colombian environmental policy after the enactment of law 99 of 1993, which are written as part of specific analytical frameworks. An interpretation of representative frameworks is performed analyzing the environmental policy and which are calssified according to the typology of the analytical frameworks in the Borbow and Dryzek public policies (1987) and identifies the type and context of each study analysis. We conclude that the generality of the reviewed text does not fit into specific analytical frameworks that contribute to the development of the public policy discipline.
