This paper discussed the whole mind of the leaders in the shape of their mindsets that differentiate leaders from their followers or other people. Further, this paper will introduce the conceptual framework with the title, Total Leader's Mind (TLM), covering all the mindsets of a leader that are: Thinking Big, Positive, Creative, Systems Thinking, Adaptive, Emotional Agility, and Ethical that are crucial to be a great leader. These mindsets are also interconnected with each other, and their core is the ethical mindset. Based on the conceptual framework of Total Leader's Mind, psychometric tests can be developed that will be used in leadership development need analysis. Additionally, leadership trainers can utilize this framework to design and conduct leadership development programs for functional and enterprise leaders of the corporate sector all over the world.
