This study aims to describe the planning of an e-report program at a senior high school at Negeri 7 Mataram. Data was collected through interview studies, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques Data analysis techniques use three flow of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, in checking the validity of the data, this research was carried out with credibility, transferability and dependability. The results of the study indicate that the e-report program is an innovation of service support from the Directorate of High School Development in welcoming the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum (K13). The problems that exist in the implementation of the e-report program at SMA Negeri 7 Mataram are the existence of several teachers who do not understand information technology, the slow connection of the e-report server, to the understanding of the student's parents who are completely lacking in e-reports. In planning the e-report program the principal with the ICT team compiles a detailed schedule of activities, the goal is that each assessment activity can run optimally, because these activities will have a positive impact on school residents, especially the fathers and mothers of teachers in the process of inputting grades into the school e-report.
