Analisis Kelayakan Usahatani Jagung di Desa Dulohupa Kecamatan Boliyohuto Kabupaten Gorontalo

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) calculate the cost proportion of corn farming in Dulohupa Village, Boliyohuto Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency, and 2) calculate the income and feasibility of corn farming in Dulohupa Village, Boliyohuto Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency. The research was conducted in Dulohupa Village, Boliyohuto District, Gorontalo Regency, from November to Januari 2024, with a sample size of 40 corn farmers. The research method used was the survey method. Data analysis methods included cost analysis, revenue analysis and farming feasibility analysis. It was found that 1) The cost calculation reveals that the cost proportion for corn farming consisted of 2.68% fixed cost and 97.32% variable costs of the total costs used. 2) The R/C Ratio analysis of corn farming was 2.17, which is greater than 1, indicating that corn farming is feasible to continue.
