Background: Nurse workload is all activities or activities carried out by a nurse while on duty in a health service unit. Anxiety is a feeling of fear of something happening that is influenced by demands, competition, and disasters that occur in life so that it can have an impact on physical and psychological health. Aim:The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between workload and anxiety levels of nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: This type of research used a cross sectional method. The sample in this study consisted of 79 nurses with the criteria of nurses who handled Covid-19 patients. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument used a sheet questionnaire. The results: of this study using Chi-square, namely there is a relationship between workload and anxiety levels of nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bekasi District Hospital with p value = 0.014 <0.05.Conclusion: this study concluded there was a relationship between Nurses’ workload and stress level during Pandemic Covid 19.
