Abstract

The education Agenda 2030, existing since the year 2016 and adopted by the Member countries of UNESCO in 2015; Center is the 4th sustainable development objective. "Ensure an inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all"; consequently teacher training programs should include the inclusion and equity as basic components. This recognized that teachers are key part for inclusion in each school building. For this reason it may be a promoter of participation and learning of all students; particularly for those who might be in condition of vulnerability. Recognizing the complexity of the subject, the author of the article presents an explanatory background on some of the challenges, invites reflection, while offering some elements that allow you to outline the features of an inclusive teacher.
