Abstract

The diagnosis of Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP) is difficult, especially when abdominal symptoms precede cutaneous lesions. We report three cases of adult HSP revealed by gastrointestinal (GI) involvement. © 2011 Hamzaoui et al; licensee BioMed Central Ltd.
