Abstract

The article relates the issue of sustainable business practices to the recruitment routines of business firms. A firm's intent manifests on the type of recruiting practices because recruiting for any type of sustainability behaviors indicates a commitment to search and pay for those behaviors. Sustainability training refers to business education that deals with awareness of social and environmental information and trends into business decision-making. Sustainability managers pointed out that recruitment is focused on analytical skills.
