Abstract

Jalan Boulevard Raya, Kelapa Gading. The flow of heavy traffic on every arm, causes congestion and a high degree of saturation at every rush hour in the morning and afternoon at this unsignalized roundabout. The calculation of the roundabout capacity is regulated in the Indonesia Road Capacity Manual (IHCM) 1997. Observation data in the form of geometric conditions, traffic volume and environmental conditions in the calculation. The performance of the Kelapa Gading roundabout can be categorized as not good the degree of saturation (DS) can come up more than 0.75. Simulation was carried out on Vissim to sustainable traffic management solution and decrease the DS for driver convenience.
