In the current scenario, Muslim entrepreneurs in Malaysia do not practice Islamic conducts in their business, although the majority of Malaysian are Muslims. As Muslim, they are desirable to follow the code of conducts guided by Allah SWT through the Qur'an and Hadith. This article aims to explore the characteristics of successful people according to the Qur'an and to relate them to the conduct of Muslim entrepreneurs. In addition, this article describes the concept of purpose of life and wealth accumulation ways according to the Qur'an. This qualitative study uses content analysis methods and the data analyzed using thematic analysis to produce the relevant themes and categories. The findings show that the goal of Muslims in the Qur'an is to achieve a balance of wellbeing in the world and the hereafter. Conforming to that, entrepreneurs need to practice the conduct of successful people such as obedience to Allah SWT and the Prophet Muhammad SAW, obeying God's commands such as prayer, paying zakat, fulfilling the trust and promise, avoiding usury, giving charity, avoiding wrongdoings, contributing wealth on jihad cause, generous, and continuance repentance. Even more, if entrepreneurs wish to expand their businesses, they should show good conducts such as giving alms, avoiding usury, observing daily praying and reading the Qur'an. In addition, the authors recommend that future research be carried out by investigating the relationship of giving charity with a successful business venture.
