Abstract

In the recent few years more and more software development organizations are striving to adopt agile software development methods and techniques. Successful agile adoption leads to producing higher quality software, enhance developers moral and at a lower cost than the traditional water wall model approach. However, Agile adoption always comes with special challenges and accordingly, fundamental organizational changes are necessary for successful outcome. The main contribution of this paper is that we present a case study for agile adoption case in a government entity in the U.A.E and we compare and analyze the outcomes obtained with other published case studies in this domain.
