Abstract

This study aims to form the concept of multicultural guidance design. The research uses literature to develop ideas with descriptive and comparative techniques by presenting them in their entirety without adding or subtracting information. The research data from notes, reading, studying, reviewing or analysing material by the discussion—multicultural guidance services based on multicultural education that focuses on the different potentials of each individual. The results of this study are that multicultural-based guidance services can help self-development and prevent problems for individuals who have different cultural backgrounds. Islam recognises that every individual has differences. Counsellors can implement multicultural guidance services in helping individual self-development. Article visualizations:
