Abstract

Eigene Verhaltensweisen zu unterbrechen, zu unterdr{ü}cken oder in anderer Weise zu ver{ä}ndern, Pl{ä}ne zu schmieden und langfristig auch gegen innere und {ä}u{ß}ere Widerst{ä}nde eigene Ziele zu verfolgen sowie Versuchungen oder Ablenkungen zu widerstehen geh{ö}rt zu den beeindruckendsten psychischen Funktionen des Menschen (Carver {&} Scheier, 1981; Baumeister, Heatherton {&} Tice, 1994).
