Analysis of Mother's Compliance in Giving a Complete Basic Immunisation to Children: Literature Review

Abstract

Introduction: Immunization is an effort to provide immunity to babies and children by inserting vaccines into the body so that the body produces anti-substances to prevent diseases. The administration of basic immunization is influenced by the compliance of the parent or mother to give immunization to their baby. A person's obedience is seen to what extent behavior is done according to the terms of health professionals and influenced by three factors, which is a predisposition factor, a proponent factor and a driving factor. Predisposition factors include knowledge, attitude, experience and so on. As for the proponent factor covering infrastructure, facility, skills and so on. Then the driving factor covers such a health-enforcement role, family, friends and so on. Objective: This study aims to know the analysis of mother's compliance in giving a complete basic immunisation to children. Method: This systematic study uses the PRISMA method to examine articles published from 2018 to 2022 through the Google Scholar search databases. Sources of research articles were obtained using the keywords “Mother’s Compliance” combined with “Complete Basic Immunisation” and “Children”. Result: As many as 3 articles were selected for systematic studies, got results that there was an educational relationship, knowledge, family support, mom's motivation, mother's attitude, mother's actions and health care with a mother's obedience in complete immunization of the child. Conclusion: A factor analysis relating to the basic immunization compliance mother in complete the education for children, knowledge, family support, the mother, the mother, the act of mother and health services.
