Abstract

Business feasibility study analysis is a type of research that analyzes all activities of a business that will be run thoroughly to determine the feasibility of a business to be operated or developed in the future. Dina Cake is one of the UMKM engaged in the food industry. The purpose of this research is to clarify the feasibility of Dina Cake's business by analyzing the feasibility of the business in terms of three aspects, namely market and marketing aspects, management and human resources aspects, and legal aspects. Qualitative methods were used to analyze and assess the feasibility of Dina Cake's business development. Direct observation of the Dina Cake business owner and interviews were used to collect research data. The results of the data analysis show that the market and marketing, management and human resources, and legal aspects of Dina Cake's business have met the requirements and are feasible to develop.
