Abstract
Conventional internal blowout preventer has single function and can't cooperate with other processes; It is difficult to operate under pressure and easy to lose sealing when it is opened repeatedly. Super safety valve internal blowout prevention technology controls and operates downhole full bore ball valve switch through three channels on the ground, which can cooperate with coiled tubing, logging cable and well testing wire for well completion test; The preset nitrogen filling pressure can push the ball valve to shear the coiled tubing and other cables to realize the well sealing in the string; The chemical injection channel is connected to the chemical injection equipment in the well site, which can effectively solve the problem of heavy oil wells blocking the wellhead. The technology has been applied in well Eridu-1 of Ruk 10 block, Iraq, in combination with formation testing, coiled tubing acidizing, production logging and other operations, realizing the joint operation of a set of test string and various processes, and the application effect is good. Super safety valve blowout prevention technology provides technical support for safe and efficient well testing operation.
