Abstract

This paper aims to propose BPMN models that can represent the best practices in human resources management in order to facilitate the identification of the main requirements of the software packages for Human Resource Management. Therefore, the following subareas were studied: recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, training and development, calculation and payment of salary and rewards, and careers. To design BPMN, it was adopted a design science methodology appropriate to research projects in information systems and technology aiming at developing artefacts based on theoretical support. The developed models were made available for evaluation by managers and executives from the human resources management field which allowed refine and improve the model .
