Abstract

Three patients are described who developed urinary retention after receiving moderate doses of vincristine. This complication can occur without any other neurologic signs of toxicity. It should be considered when oliguria, dribbling, incontinence, or distention occurs in a patient receiving vincristine. Copyright © 1971 American Cancer Society
