Abstract

A number of neural network models is presented when developing an aggregated digital twin of equipment as a cyber-physical system. Considered in detail are the twins of machining accuracy, chip formation and tool wear, on the basis of which systems for stabilizing the chip forming process during cutting and diagnostics of cutting tool wear are proposed.
