Abstract

The article discusses the integration of social software into library service at Library @ Mohawk at Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in Ontario. The library launched the BRAIN blog faculty newsletter and the BRAINTrust internal communications tool. It has created the Collection and Access Management at Mohawk (CAMM) wiki and the reference wiki to encourage staff collaboration. It also produced podcasts called BRAINcasts using the web site libsyn.com.
