Abstract

Software reliability is a branch of software engineering, which in specific deals with the performance of the software. In terms of identification of failures many methodologies that were present in the literature fail to identify the failure rate of a newly developed application. Hence the proposal article aims at understanding the failure rate at an early stage. The methodology proposed based on normal distribution.
