White Men

Abstract

White Men is a blog that describes the white male population as an institution, structure, or a mechanism if you will. White men as a whole take up more space in the work place, demand more attention though they may not always ask for it. People tend to lean more towards the man than the woman. The text brought up a teacher (who was a woman) that lost a student because they preferred the male teacher. The student thought if she learned from him she could go places, he could elevate her. I found some of this information to be interesting and maybe useful. Especially, the bit about White Men being an institution of sorts. This reading would best suit the gender difference in my essay.
